This Privacy Policy explains how Black Bubble, LLC (“Black Bubble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website or interact with us. We are a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and this site is intended for a United States audience.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under your state’s privacy laws — such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, to obtain a copy of it, or to opt out of certain processing. Black Bubble is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed here, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
